I enlisted the support of Paje on two specific assignments. I am delighted with the results in both cases. Firstly Mandy held the post of Interim Head of Sales for Mint Hotel during the period of recruitment for this newly created position. During this time she was a key member of the management team involved with the successful opening of the Mint Hotel Tower of London. In addition a significant part of the brief was to put in place the structure and processes in preparation for the arrival of the permanent incumbent.
